Wow, I am REALLY enjoying the track cycling, bring back memories of when I could wear a skin-suit and actually do the zip up!

Righto... the new shop? Lease sorted, and both the containers that are housing out entire store arrive at new premises at 36 BEDFORD ROW at noon on Sunday. Yes, that’s right, we are temporarily moving (for 6 months or so) to this great new address. It is a BEAUTIFUL shop and I will be doing everything I can to ensure it doesn’t look too much like a temporary set up. Polished floors, GREAT parking, huge doors, fresh and lavish! We will be busting our butts to be open 9am Thursday. Of course, I will keep you posted on that. You will be able to get a taste of what the revamped 81 will look like, as well as enjoying a coffee while sitting outside and having us back. It will be the place to be, the place to start or finish your ride, while offering you bike inventory like NEVER before. Our suppliers are committed to us and we thank them for everything they are doing to help us in this difficult and somewhat stressful time.

Our phone number will stay the same and our hours will stay the same. The new address at 36 BEDFORD ROW has come out of the necessity to reopen for you all in time for the races etc that you have all started to train for and enter in. I am personally very happy with the new location. It offers a wonderful atmosphere while giving you the chance to enjoy our great service and the crème de la crème of the bicycle world. We are fully committed to all the brands etc we were at 81 and we trust and hope that you will support us the best way you can.

Aidan, Jess, Rowan, John, Moana and I are all looking forward to having you back. We have really missed you!
