Being held on Sunday 28 September 2008 the Barefoot Events Corporate Duathlon is the perfect event for you and your work mates to work towards after the cold winter months. The 4km run, 15km bike, 2km run distance makes the event achievable for everyone!

The emphasis is on fun and challenging other corporates to take up the challenge! We would like to see as many corporates as possible getting involved in the Barefoot Events Corporate Duathlon.

This event is open to anyone over 18 years, with two corporate team categories for businesses and an individual category available.

The Corporate Team category is a team of two, each completing all three legs of the duathlon. All team members start at the same time and their individual finish times are combined to give their team finish time.

The Corporate Sprint category is also a team of three, however is a relay format with one cyclist and one runner.
