DAVID ADAIR. Congratulations David! Thanks to all of you that sent amazing feedback and sensational ideas. I assure you I listen and will try and intergrate many of the things you suggested. The positive is that most of you syggested that we are doing pretty much everything right.

Ok, Clearly our situation is not ideal. We are looking hard for a location that will suit you all and give us the chance to get back to the normal way we can take care of you. In the mean time, lets have some fun!  Maybe I want to do this for my ego... or maybe to try to prove we want you part of our team... But if nothing else, It will be fun for most of you. So, to win $1000 worth of kit (prizes to be confirmed) this is all you have to do.
