It seems we really are doing almost everything correctly. But some amazing ideas coming in! I assure you, we will be intergrating many of them to help you all love us even more!

Ok, one thing.... internet sales sites are horrid. You have near ZERO come back, NZ importers dont really back up internet sales products and frankly, they are souless. But, I/we have to acknowledge they are there and if you all you want is price and will take the risk....then I get it! Some feedback regarding our online arm has come through. Let me just clarify why I did it! We did this because of the situation we find ourself in. We DO NOT want to be heartless, soulless retailers. The value we add and the advice you recieve is something we really pride ourselves on. I know you all understand me.... so please keep in mind, we are doing hell deals on our online store... but we dont want to offer everything because you need the back up, you need to feel the love and you need the support that online simply cannot give you. Please by all means, use our online store, we love you doing it! But please know we added it for products that kinda "sell them selves".  In many ways I would love to offer everything, especailly for our amazing outa town clients. Please love us for having a soul!

If you are out of town, we are MORE than happy to take a phone order, we can send you stuff (sometimes a selection) and you can simply return what you dont need and pay for what you take. We will bend over backwards, you know that, to help you. just call and snile when you talk... its that easy!

For those of you that have purchased online... THANKS. It has made such a difference. We will be back in action again soon, with our long hours, amazing crew, loads of sexy bike stuff and I ASSURE you, so much enthusiasm we will pee our pants.
